Position Overview:
Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of entertainment PR? We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Publicist Assistant to support our team of influential publicists. This role is not just about assisting; it’s about being immersed in the stories that matter. Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor online and print publications daily for client coverage and relevant news, ensuring our clients’ Instagram stories and TIktOk are in the Right Lighting.

  • Craft Compelling Narratives: Draft memos, letters, and essential client materials, including press releases and pitches that capture attention and resonate with audiences.

  • Build Connections: Compile targeted press lists for outreach, forging relationships that can elevate our clients’ profiles.

  • Maintain Brand Integrity: Keep digital press kits and client bios updated, ensuring our messaging is always on point.

  • Respond Swiftly: Process client requests with speed and efficiency, because in PR, timing is everything.

  • Coordinate Seamlessly: Create, manage, and coordinate schedules for interviews, photo shoots, press days, and tours, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Support Client Needs: Handle client hair, makeup, and styling holds, ensuring they’re ready to shine.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a PR agency, studio, or network preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that bring stories to life.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic that stands out.

  • Ability to remain composed under pressure with a positive, “can do” attitude.

  • Eager to integrate into client accounts and take on leadership roles after training.

  • Creative, solution-oriented thinker with the ability to juggle multiple projects while hitting deadlines.

  • Motivated and resourceful, ready to work independently or as part of a dynamic team.
